According to a recent survey, two-thirds of respondents say the biggest benefit of working remotely is the flexibility of being able to choose when they want to work (Buffer, 2022). This could be activities like going for an early morning jog, taking their dog for a stroll, going to the gym, or simply going to get groceries in the middle of the day.
