Nollywood filmmaker Kunle Afolayan has spoken out following his reconciliation with his younger brother, Aremu Afolayan.
The brothers, who were at odds for years, reunited after their mother’s passing. A video on Instagram showed them together at Kunle’s film village, chatting with friends during their mother’s burial rites.
Kunle Afolayan shared that he raised Aremu for 10 years, calling himself Aremu’s father. He blamed women for spoiling Aremu’s mind and causing their rift. “I am not his brother, I’m his father, I was the one that raised him for 10 years. You ladies are the one pushing him away from him,” Kunle said.
The reconciliation was celebrated by fans and friends, who were thrilled to see the brothers reunited. They even tagged each other on their respective social media pages, leaving many excited.
