Duration of shower

Experts say that if your skin is dry there is a possibility you are spending too much time in the shower and reducing the duration to five or ten minutes might change everything.
Frequency
Studies have found that bathing too frequently can cause your skin to degrade and feel itchy. Bathing more than once or twice a day can remove good bacteria from your skin and cause bad germs to enter via split skin. As it turns out, unsanitary to a degree is good for your immune system.
Morning Vs evening shower
