In a notice issued on Friday, the bank confirmed that services have been fully restored, assuring customers that they can now enjoy uninterrupted access to Zenith Bank’s Debit, Credit, and Prepaid cards, Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), Point of Sale (POS) terminals, Mobile App, Internet Banking Platform, and Agent Banking services nationwide.
The bank’s earlier maintenance, which led to a brief service disruption on Tuesday, was part of ongoing efforts to enhance its systems and improve customer experience.
“Dear Valued Customer, we are pleased to inform you that you can now perform transactions conveniently through the following Zenith Bank channels: Debit, Credit, and Prepaid cards, ATMs, POS terminals, Mobile App, Internet Banking Platform, and Zenith Agents nationwide (Agent Banking). You can also visit any of our branches to perform transactions.”
