Controversial Nigerian actor, Yul Edochie, has shared a profound piece of advice on living life unapologetically, encouraging people not to worry about what others think of them.
The actor took to his Instagram page to share a recent experience he had while filming on set. A pregnant woman wanted to take a picture with him, but was discouraged from posting it on social media by onlookers who were worried about what people might say.
Edochie, however, urged her to post the picture, saying, “What will they say that has never been said before? Post it.” He emphasized that people’s opinions should not dictate one’s actions or decisions.
He went on to emphasize that anyone who is scared of what people will say is not yet ready to live life. “In this life, if you’re scared of what people will say, then you’re not ready to live life,” he said. This statement resonates deeply, as it highlights the importance of self-confidence and living life on one’s own terms.
Edochie’s advice serves as a reminder that we should not let the fear of what others think hold us back from living our lives to the fullest. Instead, we should focus on being true to ourselves and living life unapologetically.
