La Liga giant Real Madrid signs Aurelien
Real Madrid have signed Aurelien Tchouameni from AS Monaco on a six-year contract deal.
The France international who is on international duty played a vital role in France 1-1 draw away to Austria in the Uefa Nations League.
AS Monaco sensational Tchouameni won the Uefa Nations League with France and also helped Monaco secure a champions League spot after an excellent season.
The 22 years old is a creative midfielder with lot of potentials in him.
Real Madrid will pay a transfer fee of around €80 million to sign the 22-year-old.
Los Blancos have beaten off competition from Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain to land the Asmonaco midfielder.
According to reports Madrid and Monaco reached an agreement for the deal on Tuesday.
Tchouameni will undergo his medical at the club on Tuesday which will be followed by a news conference.
He is viewed by Madrid as a potential long-term replacement for Casemiro, 30, and will form part of a new midfield partnership alongside Federico Valverde (23) and Eduardo Camavinga (19).
Aurelien Tchouameni is now Madrid second signing after Germany defender Antonio Rudiger.
