The transfer window is closed across Europe – with the exception of the Turkish window which closes on Friday- but clubs are still eyeing and weighing up moves for players in the upcoming winter window in January.
Here are some transfer gossip and confirmed interest for your pleasure:
Arsenal are prepared to reignite their interest in Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic once the January transfer window opens.
Also on the radar at Arsenal is Atletico Madrid defender Nahuel Molina, who is a target for both Aston Villa and Manchester City as well.
Chelsea want a new striker of their own in January and have set their sights on Ivan Toney, but Brentford are prepared to demand in excess of £70m as they do not want to lose the England international midway through the season.
Manchester United are already putting plans in place to try and sign 19-year-old Benfica centre-back Antonio Silva in 2024 as part of another expensive transfer spree.
2024 could also see Bayern Munich left-back Alphonso Davies make a move to Real Madrid, who are preparing to finally pull the trigger on a bid for the Canada international.
Bayern were among the sides to see an enquiry knocked back by Paris Saint-Germain over midfielder Marco Verratti, with both Barcelona and Chelsea also seeing approaches rebuffed. The Italy international is heading to Qatar with Al Arabi instead.
