President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to administer the oath of office to the newly appointed ministers on Monday, August 21.
The inauguration ceremony will take place at the State House Conference Centre within the Aso Villa complex in Abuja and is scheduled to commence at 10:00am.
This announcement was made by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Dr. George Akume, in a statement released on Wednesday evening.
President Tinubu, earlier this week, officially assigned roles to the ministers who had received Senate approval.
Notable appointments include former Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, who has been designated as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and Festus Keyamo, who is taking on the role of Aviation Minister.
“Honourable Ministers to be sworn-in are expected to come with two guests each. All Honourable Ministers and invited guests are to be seated by 9:00am,”
