Governor Siminalayi Fubara of Rivers State has announced plans to establish a panel of inquiry to investigate the previous administration.
Speaking on Monday, May 13, Fubara made the declaration during the inauguration of Dagogo Iboroma, SAN, as the state’s Attorney-General, following Iboroma’s confirmation by the Victor Oko-Jumbo-led House of Assembly.
Expressing concern over what he described as widespread sabotage of his administration, the governor emphasized the critical state of affairs in the state.
Fubara indicated that the existing political crisis had reached a point where resolution seemed unattainable.
