President Bola Tinubu is set to leave Abuja on Sunday for Lagos, where he will partake in this year’s Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
The announcement was made on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale.
In a statement, it was disclosed that President Tinubu will depart from the nation’s capital to Lagos ahead of Eid-el-Fitr. The occasion, marking the end of Ramadan, will be observed with prayers for Nigeria and time spent with family.
Despite the holiday observance, the President will continue to fulfill official duties during and after the Eid-el-Fitr festivities, as per the statement.
