The players are Ekene Joseph from Giant Brillars, Anayor Ogbonna from Shooting Stars, while Ademola Adebamibo and Anas Hassan joined from Katsina United.
Others are Sadiq Haruna from Adamawa United, Amos Alamu who joined from Wikki Tourist, Peace Dewan from Plateau United, Abdulraheem Suleiman and Ogbonaju Onyeka joined from Golden Boots Academy and Ottasolo, respectively.
The promoted players from the Gombe United feeders are Haruna Ibrahim Hamisu and Musbahu Musa.
The Savannah Scorpions have struggled with lack of support from the state government which has affected results on the pitch.
Mohammed Babaganaru’s side are hovering around the relegation zone.
Gombe United will resume the second half of the season with a clash against Bayelsa United in Yenagoa.
Meanwhile Remo Stars have secured the services of Ossy Martins from Nigeria Premier Football League side, Rivers United.
The Sky Blue Stars announced the player’s arrival on their official X handle.
“As prolific as they get, the club can confirm the signing of striker, Ossy Martins as the second stanza of #NPFL24 draws nearer,” it wrote.
Martins’ wealth of experience will help Remo Stars push for a first Nigeria Premier Football League title.
The 23-year-old forward started his playing career with Abia Warriors before moving to Rivers United in 2019.
Martins also had a brief spell with Lobi Stars and Rangers.
He also played in Tunisia and Cyprus before returning to Rivers United this season.
In another news, NPFL Champions, Enyimba have announced the signing of winger, Bernard Ovoke from Kwara United.
Ovoke signed a two-year contract with the People’s Elephant.

The player is vastly experienced, having played for some of the best clubs in the NPFL, including Rivers United and Plateau United.
The pacy winger also once had a stint in Armenia.
He is in line to make his debut for Enyimba against Shooting Stars in Aba on Saturday.
