Ten-man Nottingham Forest came from behind to draw 1-1 for the second home game running, as Nicolas Dominguez’s header earned a point against Brentford.
Little happened in a tight first half, spare for Taiwo Awoniyi having a goal chalked off for a tight offside. Indeed, neither goalkeeper had anything to worry about until the 40th minute, when Matt Turner clawed away a deflected Vitaly Janelt cross at the other end.
The game burst into life after the break though, with Yoane Wissa having a shot cleared off the line before Moussa Niakhate was sent off for picking up his second yellow card.
The Bees then took the lead from the resulting free-kick when Christian Norgaard nodded home, but the lead lasted for merely seven minutes thanks to Nicolas Dominguez equalising with a terrific header.
From then on, both sides were keen to push for the win, but chances remained few and far between, and in the end they were forced to settle for a point apiece.
