Nollywood actor, Francis Duru, has taken to social media to pay tribute to his late son, Ifeanyi, who would have turned 16 today, December 4.
Ifeanyi passed away in August 2024 at the age of 15.
In a heartfelt post shared on his Instagram page, Duru expressed the devastating impact of his son’s passing on him and his family. He wrote about the pain of losing Ifeanyi and how his absence has left a huge void in their lives.
Duru shared fond memories of his son, describing him as a wonderful kid who brought joy and warmth to those around him. He also mentioned how Ifeanyi’s friends still ask about him and how his family continues to feel his presence.
The actor ended his post by wishing his son a happy posthumous birthday and expressing his love for him. He also asked for continued rest in the bosom of the Lord for his beloved son.
