The incident, which sent shockwaves through social media, occurred when unidentified men allegedly brandishing firearms interrupted Peller’s livestream, prompting widespread concern among his fans and followers.
According to reports, the 20-year-old streamer was broadcasting on TikTok when his vehicle was stopped by armed individuals. In a now-viral video clip, Peller could be heard questioning the men, saying, “You dey carry gun, Ogun wan kill you? Calm down jor. Na who you come dey point gun for?” before a heated exchange ensued. The men, whose faces were not visible, reportedly ordered him out of his car, and a scream was heard before the stream abruptly ended. An aide who arrived at the scene shortly after found Peller’s car abandoned with his phone inside, intensifying fears for his safety.
