The Premier League recently posted a compilation of the fastest runs by players from each club on their official Instagram page, where Onyeka topped the charts for Brentford. He clocked a blistering 36.11 km/h during Brentford’s clash against Arsenal on March 9, leaving his competitors in the dust.
Other notable speeds include Arsenal youngster Gabriel Martinelli, who recorded a top speed of 36.32 km/h, and Moussa Diaby, Aston Villa’s fastest player, with a speed of 36.43 km/h. Illia Zabarnyi demonstrated that defenders can be quick too, clocking an impressive 36.61 km/h for Bournemouth.
