The children of the late Alaafin of Oyo have expressed disappointment with Queen Dami, one of the monarch’s widows, for defaming their father’s name.
Queen Dami made some comments that sparked controversy, and the late monarch’s children have taken action against her.
Aminat, one of the daughters, shared a memo written by her siblings, warning Queen Dami to stop mentioning their father’s name.
The memo stated that if Queen Dami continues to defame their father’s name, they will take legal action against her.
The letter also asked Queen Dami if she would like people to drag her late father into anything negative.
