Nightlife tycoon and social media personality Cubana Chief Priest has raised objections to his prosecution by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
During his arraignment on Wednesday for alleged Naira abuse, his lawyer Chukosolo Ojukwu informed the court that they have submitted an application opposing the trial.
Furthermore, the defendant has filed a separate application seeking bail.
