Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Nigerian music icon Dbanj for his selfless support of her and her Jenifa brand.
According to Funke, Dbanj put his own project on hold to support her. He was supposed to travel for a project, but he cancelled it to work with her at no cost.
Funke revealed this during the premiere of her movie, Everybody Loves Jenifa. She praised Dbanj’s kind gesture, saying he told his team to cut the project and did the work for her without charging a fee.
