Super Eagles Of Nigeria Slump in Latest FIFA Ranking.
The recent victory against Ghana’s Black Stars in Marrakech, Morocco did little to bolster Nigeria’s Super Eagles’ standing as they dropped two places in the latest FIFA ranking.
The 2-0 defeat faced against Mali’s Eagles in their subsequent match likely contributed to this decline.
In the updated ranking released on Thursday morning, the Super Eagles now occupy the 30th position globally, a step down from their previous 28th position in February.
Despite this setback, the Nigerian team retains its position as the third-best team on the African continent, trailing behind Morocco and Senegal.
