Federal Government Successfully Repatriates Over 100 Stranded Nigerians from UAE.
The Federal Government has successfully repatriated more than a hundred Nigerians who were stranded in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This development was confirmed by Bashir Garga, the Zonal Director for the North Central region of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), in a statement issued in Abuja.
Upon their arrival, the returnees underwent thorough profiling and documentation by relevant agencies. They were also provided with counselling on the importance of maintaining decorum and responsibility as they reintegrate into society.
“The Federal Government urges all Nigerians, wherever they may be, to act as exemplary ambassadors of their country by upholding the fundamental values of patriotism, rule of law, decency, and integrity,” the statement read.
