The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has kicked against any plan to include private universities in the country as beneficiaries to Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) interventions. The National Examination Council, NECO, has warned that the results of candidates from states that are indebted to it will not be released. The examinations body said some states are owing it a total of N5.5 billion, between 2011 and 2023.
