Dozens including women are feared dead following an explosion from a crude oil tapping point in Rumuekpe commumity in Emuoha Local Government Area of Rivers State. The Independent National Electoral Commission has so far uploaded 147,578 results from 176, 846 polling units, five days after the presidential election.
