The Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps,  Ahmed Audi, on Thursday, threatened to arrest and prosecute unlicensed guards from the Private Guard Companies. Audi also threatened to sanction PGCs for the employment and deployment of unlicensed guards The NSCDC CG stated this while handing over licences to 44 PGCs in Abuja. The Supreme Court will today, Friday, May 26, deliver its judgment on a lawsuit seeking the disqualification of Bola Tinubu and Kashim Shettima as presidential and vice-presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Tribunal has dismissed the petitions filed by the Allied Peoples’ Movement (APM) and Action Peoples Party (APP), against the election of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Obafemi Hamzat.
