The government of Rivers State, led by Governor Siminalayi Fubara, has unveiled free buses to help cushion the effect of fuel subsidy removal by President Bola Tinubu‘s government. Represented by his deputy, Ngozi Nma Odu, Fubara said the free bus ride is a deliberate intervention by the Rivers state government to mitigate the effect of the economic challenges. “It is a gift given to us, and therefore, we must treasure it,” Odu said during the unveiling of the buses. Carlo Ancelotti will stand trial for tax fraud after the Real Madrid coach allegedly failed to declare image rights earnings in 2014 to the Spanish tax office. Checks by this news publication showed that the hackers who identified themselves as Aliester Crowley left a note on the website which reads, “Update your security! Greetings from the Maldives” The hackers also inserted a link to a Youtube page, @AliesterCrowleyMV, where videos of other website takeovers are posted, including some belonging to the Mexican government.
