Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has warned Nigerians over the N8,000 palliative from President Bola Tinubu’s administration. Sani said Nigerians should pray before collecting the N8,000 from Tinubu’s administration. He claimed that those who collected the “jazzed” N10,000 under former President Muhammadu Buhari ended up in poverty. Nigerian Senate on Thursday confirmed the Service Chiefs whose appointments were transmitted to the Senate by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for legislative action. President Bola Tinubu has assured that his administration will transfer N8,000 monthly to 12 million low-income households for six months. Tinubu’s request to the Senate to approve the borrowing of $800 million was given the green light on Thursday after his letter was read during plenary by Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
