Dangote Refinery Partners With MRS To Distribute Fuel At ₦935 Nationwide.
The Dangote Refinery has announced a strategic partnership with MRS Oil Nigeria Plc to make fuel available nationwide at MRS filling stations. Under this collaboration, petrol will be sold at ₦935 per litre across the country.
This development marks a significant milestone in the Nigerian energy sector, as the Dangote Refinery, one of the largest in Africa, continues to play a pivotal role in reducing the nation’s reliance on imported fuel.
The agreement is expected to enhance fuel availability and distribution, ensuring consumers have greater access to petrol at a standardised price. With MRS having a strong presence in various parts of Nigeria, the partnership aims to streamline the supply chain and ease fuel distribution challenges.
Industry analysts see this collaboration as a positive step towards stabilising the fuel market while supporting the country’s transition to locally refined petroleum products. Further details regarding the implementation of the agreement are anticipated in the coming days.
