Nigerian street artiste Shallipopi has declared Olamide the undisputed king of Nigerian street music.
In a recent interview, Shallipopi praised Olamide’s influence, saying, “Baddo [Olamide] is the father and king of Nigerian street music.”
Shallipopi featured Olamide in his hit song ‘Order’ due to his immense street popularity. “Olamide owns the street,” he emphasized.
Aside from collaborating with Olamide, Shallipopi has been focused on building his own music empire. After parting ways with Dapper Music, he launched his record label, Plutomania Records. This new venture aims to nurture emerging talent and produce quality music.
Plutomania Records has already signed two promising artists, Zerry DL and Tega Boi. With Shallipopi at the helm, the label is poised to make a significant impact on Nigeria’s music scene.
