As co-founder of ALN – Aluko & Oyebode Nigeria, one of Nigeria’s largest integrated law firms, Mr. Oyebode has established himself as a titan in the legal profession.
His impressive educational background includes an LL.B (Honours) from the University of Ife and an LL.M from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. Mr. Oyebode’s expertise and leadership have been recognised at the highest levels, culminating in his conferment with the Member of the Order of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (MFR) in 2000.
Mr. Oyebode’s appointment to Lafarge Africa’s Board is expected to leverage his extensive experience serving on the boards of notable organisations.
His current roles include Chairman of Nestle Nigeria Plc, Okomu Oil Palm Company Plc, and CFAO Nigeria. He previously served as Chairman of Access Bank from 2005 to 2015 and was a board member of MTN Nigeria Plc from 2001 to 2019.
On the international stage, Mr. Oyebode serves as a trustee of the Ford Foundation New York, further demonstrating his global influence and commitment to social responsibility.
