The Hoopers began their playoff journey with a strong victory over former champions US Monastir, advancing to the semi-finals. Despite a narrow defeat to Al Ahly of Libya in the semi-finals, the Nigerian side remained resilient.
Facing Cape Town Tigers in the bronze medal game, the Hoopers started the match with determination, leading 43-29 by halftime. They continued to dominate in the third quarter and ultimately secured the win with an 80-57 final score at the BK Arena on Friday night.
