Chukwudi A. Igwilo has been selected by the National Youth Council of Nigeria, Europe Chapter, to serve as the Youth Ambassador representing Nigeria’s interests in Switzerland.
In an announcement made by Collins Idahosa, the Governor of NYCN Europe, Igwilo’s appointment is seen as a strategic move to harness his expertise and philanthropic spirit for the benefit of Nigerian youths residing in Switzerland. Idahosa praised Igwilo’s dedication to youth development and his notable contributions to society.
With an educational background in computer sciences from institutions in Nigeria and abroad, including a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) degree in IT Project Management, Igwilo is believed to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new role. He has also been actively involved in various youth-focused initiatives, bridging the gap between corporate and political realms.
Igwilo stating his commitment stated his desire to empower disenfranchised yet talented Nigerian youths in Switzerland. He stated a vision for a technologically and culturally advanced nation, driven by the competence and character of its youth, and emphasized the importance of unity in diversity for nation-building efforts.
In his capacity as Youth Ambassador, Igwilo will lead efforts to organize and facilitate youth activities in Switzerland, leveraging his passion and expertise to foster growth and development among Nigerian youths in the country.
