In an official statement released by Paok Salonikas on Thursday morning, the club confirmed Ekong’s return to training and his gradual reintegration into the team.
The club expressed optimism about Ekong’s progress, mentioning that he is following an additional fitness program to ensure he reaches peak match fitness for the upcoming games.
“William Troost Ekong is back to follow an extra program of fitness and gradual reintegration for a period so that he can get up to match fitness for the upcoming games,” the club stated.
