Judith Chime Nominated for African Awards USA, Vows to Empower Girl Child
Former Super Falcons goalkeeper Judith Chime expressed her gratitude to the organizers of the African Awards in the USA for nominating her for this prestigious recognition.
Speaking from her base in Atlanta, Georgia, Judith mentioned that she would dedicate the award to the girl child in Nigeria and Africa if she emerges as the winner.

Notably, she organizes the Ifeanyi Chiejine Memorial Cup Championship annually and supports the best goalkeeper of the Nigeria Women Football League with a cash gift, a gesture she has upheld for the past year.
The African Awards USA is a grand event featuring live entertainment, dinner, and a party after the awards ceremony, providing a platform for winners, nominees, and attendees to network and forge meaningful connections.
This year’s event will take place on April 27 at the Renaissance Atlanta Airport Gateway Hotel.
