WhatsApp, the widely used instant communication app owned by Meta, has resumed its services following a global outage reported on Wednesday.
Users experienced disruption in messaging capabilities, rendering them unable to send or receive messages.
The outage, which affected users across various devices including phones and WhatsApp Web, was reported globally and covered by foreign news outlets such as The Jerusalem Express and the Indian Post.
As of the time of reporting, services have been restored, although WhatsApp is yet to issue an official statement regarding the incident.
