Heirs Technologies has showcased a plethora of Business-to-Business (B2B) offerings, with particular emphasis placed on i-Academy, aligning closely with the Africapitalism philosophy of the group to enhance leverage.

Mr. Obong Idiong, the newly appointed Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Heirs Technologies, made this revelation alongside the chairperson, Dr. Fumbi Chima. Idiong emphasized that their managed Information Technology (IT) services are intricately designed to furnish businesses with a seamless and secure IT environment, allowing them to focus on their core operations while the technological aspect is expertly managed.

“We provide value for businesses lacking in-house expertise or resources to effectively manage their IT systems,” Idiong remarked.

Among the B2B services offered, Idiong highlighted IT consulting and business process outsourcing, which are tailored to evolving market trends in the technology landscape. Regarding IT consulting, he emphasized their aim to assist businesses in enhancing their operations through partnerships with leading hardware and software technology manufacturers.

“Heirs Technologies offers clients access to world-class solutions tailored to their requirements and budget, ultimately fostering competitive advantage and exponential business growth,” he elaborated.

In discussing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Idiong outlined services that encompass a range of technology-based solutions, enabling clients to concentrate on their core business functions while leveraging specialized expertise and resources.

Moreover, Idiong unveiled i-Academy as Heirs Technologies’ dedicated training institute, aimed at enhancing technical proficiency across group companies and external recruits. He emphasized that i-Academy facilitates the building of a talent pipeline committed to delivering exceptional service for their three business lines: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) support, BPO, and managed IT services.

In addition to serving as an in-house capacity-building mechanism, Idiong noted that i-Academy offers specialized curriculum, industry partnerships, hands-on training, certifications, and credentials, along with flexible learning options and continuous professional development, supporting career growth while bolstering research and innovation.

Chairperson of Heirs Technologies, Dr. Fumbi Chima, further elaborated on i-Academy’s selection criteria for beneficiaries, emphasizing knowledge in computers, attitude, and aptitude. She revealed that the program spans approximately nine months, with all expenses covered.
