Harry Kane Continue to impress in Germany as the England Captain broke personal goal scoring record in Bayern’s 5:2 demolition of Darmstadt
Harry Kane achieved a new milestone by scoring his 31st league goal of the season for Bayern Munich in their 5-2 victory over Darmstadt, surpassing his previous best of 30 goals in a Premier League season with Tottenham Hotspur.
In addition to this feat, Kane also broke the record for the most goals in a Bundesliga debut season, previously held by Uwe Seeler. Kane’s remarkable performance includes 31 goals and nine assists in just 26 games this season.
The England captain’s outstanding form will be put to the test in the UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash against Arsenal next month, where he has previously scored 14 goals in 19 appearances against the Gunners across all competitions. The first leg is scheduled for 9 April at the Emirates Stadium, with the return leg on 17 of April.
