The Federal Government has granted approval for a salary increment of 35% for one category of staff and 23% for another category across all Federal Tertiary Institutions. This decision aims to enhance the welfare and compensation of employees within these institutions.
Additionally, the Federal Government has committed to paying arrears related to this salary increment, with retroactive effect from the 1st of January 2023.
