- Banana
- Blueberries
- Dates
- Granola
- Greek yoghurt
- Peanut butter
- Protein powder
- Almond milk
METHOD
- Slice the banana and put it in a blender. Add the blueberries, dates, granola, greek yoghurt and almond milk and blend until smooth. Add the peanut butter and protein powder and blend thoroughly.
