Vice President, Osibanjo Receives Liberian Counterpart, Howard-Taylor

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, on Friday welcomed Dr Jewel Howard-Taylor, the Vice President of Liberia.

Howard -Taylor paid a courtesy visit to the Vice President after she led a delegation to attend the 1st Ordinary Session of the ECOWAS parliament which was held in Abuja on Thursday.

Speaking, Howard-Taylor affirmed that Nigeria and Liberia enjoy a very good and warm diplomatic relationship dating back to before independence.

She also revealed that Nigeria and Liberia share aspirations while calling for a continued desire for more effective cooperation at both bilateral and multilateral levels.

Also, the Vice President thanked her for visiting while assuring a continued collaboration between the two countries.
