Benjamin Fredrick from Simoiben FC as Joined Brentford FC in England.
Brentford, an English Premier League club, has confirmed the permanent acquisition of Nigerian U-20 talent Benjamin Fredrick from Simoiben FC in Kaduna.
The 18-year-old initially joined Brentford on loan from the Nigeria academy until the conclusion of the 2023/24 season, with an option to make the move permanent.
Fredrick, who notably represented Nigeria at the U-20 AFCON and World Cup in 2023, contributed to Nigeria’s third-place finish at the Africa tournament and their advancement to the quarter-finals at the World Cup held in Argentina.
It’s worth noting that Simoiben FC is under the ownership of Super Eagles winger, Moses Simon.
