Edo State Governor Godwin Obaseki has declared a significant wage boost for state workers, elevating the minimum wage from N40,000 to N70,000.
The governor unveiled this development during the grand opening of the state-of-the-art Labour House secretariat complex, situated along Temboga Road in Ikpoba-Hill, Benin City.
This move underscores the administration’s dedication to enhancing the welfare of workers and fortifying the labor union infrastructure in Edo State.
