Results of 2022 African cup of Nations qualifiers on Tuesday
Govima sports brings you the results of all the 2022 TotalEnergies African cup of Nations matches that took place on Tuesday.
African champions Senegal defeated Rwanda at Abdoulaye wade stadium in Dakar.
Sadio Mane scored penalty from the spot in the 90+8 minutes to secure a vital win for the Senegalese team.
Senegal now sit comfortably on top of Group L, in the African cup of nations Qualifying spot.
Meanwhile, Burkina Faso defeated Eswatini 3-1 at FNB stadium. Burkina Faso forward Dango Ouattara scored a brace in the 69 minutes and 75 minutes, before ASEC Mimosas forward Stephane Aziz Ki finish it up in the 86minutes, to secure 3 points in the game.
Burkina Faso will now face Togo in their next fixture on the 19th August, 2022.
