Doma United’s head coach, Akinade Onigbinde, attributed his team’s defeat to Plateau United to a lack of communication on the field.
The Savannah Tigers endured a crushing 4-0 loss against the Peace Boys at the New Jos Stadium on Saturday.
Onigbinde voiced his dissatisfaction with his players’ performance and emphasized the need to rectify the identified mistakes.
He mentioned that the team would strategize anew to address the issues highlighted during the match.
Following the defeat, Doma United slipped to 12th position in the standings.
Plateau United’s goals from Bernard Mundi, Sunday Anthony, David Onovo, and Barnabas Daniel sealed their victory in the game.
“There’s a noticeable communication gap among the goalkeeper, defenders, and strikers, which proved costly for us,” Onigbinde commented during a post-match interview.
“We must regroup and prepare for our upcoming match against Remo Stars.
“Our focus is on securing maximum points in the next game.
